Due to COVID-19 many internships were cancelled, and the time for diversity in the ad industry is long overdue.

We created an immersive virtual summit. Young professionals had the ability to enter live sessions and learn about agency roles from industry professionals.

The event featured a special appearance from, American actor and author, Hill Harper.
